OUR WORKING METHOD
1. Family requests are taken in detail.
2. To start the candidate work; An upfront fee of 2,000.00 TL, including VAT, must be paid.
3. Upon payment of the upfront fee; 3 candidates are presented to the family according to the searched criteria.
4. Interviews are conducted through preferred social platforms, either via video call, voice call, or face-to-face.
5. For the candidate deemed positive in the interviews, reference information and documents are shared with the family.
6. A contract is prepared, and a consultancy service fee is collected from the family, equivalent to 1 month's salary + VAT, deducting the upfront fee, based on the agreed salary with the personnel.
7. Upon the employee's start, a 2-month guarantee period begins as per the contract. If the family wishes to make a change within this period, they are entitled to change up to 2 more personnel. The upfront service fee is non-refundable. The family should provide feedback on the presented candidates as quickly as possible.
8. As per our working method, families commit not to contact the personnel provided by our company without our information and not to conduct interviews, nor to share their phone numbers and contact information with third parties.
